Description
Red Line 75W110 is a fully synthetic gear oil recommended for use in rear differentials, including clutch-type limited-slip differentials. It is designed as an intermediate viscosity, providing extra film strength over an 85W90 but with less drag than a 75W140. Friction modifiers have been added to the oil, making it suitable for clutch-plate type LSDs in both road and competition cars. This oil offers improved LSD operation under extreme loads and high temperatures. Its high viscosity index provides consistent film thickness across a wide temperature range for optimum protection. Engineered to provide high levels of protection for longer component life, Red Line 75W110 gear oil offers excellent lubrication under extreme conditions and the highest degree of protection and improvement of differential efficiency for better economy, longer drain intervals, and less wear. Specifications include GL-5, GL-6, MT-1, MIL-PRF-2105E, and SAEJ2360. It is not recommended for use in synchromesh gearboxes. Available in a 1-quart (0.94 Litre) bottle.
