The reader is compatible with Late 2016 / 2017 / 2018 MacBook Pro, 12" Retina MacBook, Chromebook Pixel, and virtually all USB-C and Thunderbolt 3 host PCs. It is supported out of the box by Mac, Linux, and Windows Desktop or Laptop systems. Mobile platforms are generally not supported. The compact design includes a permanently attached flexible USB cable for easy portability and connections in tight spots. Note: Physical write-protect switch on SD cards is not supported.
