The Hozelock 2214 Sensor Controller Plus is a tap-mounted watering controller that automatically waters your garden at sunrise and sunset, the optimal times to minimize water evaporation and leaf scorch. It features adjustable watering schedules for daily watering, or every 2, 3, 5, or 7 days. The controller automatically adjusts its daily watering schedule to coincide with the changing times of sunrise and sunset. For manual watering, a 'Water Now' button allows for durations of 10, 30, or 60 minutes. The controller has a low battery warning light and charge status LED indicators, along with a failure prevention safety feature that detects low battery levels during a watering schedule. It is compatible with garden sprinklers (up to 10 Bar), low pressure micro irrigation watering (1.5 Bar), and water butts (0.1 Bar). The unit is supplied with adaptors for 21mm (1/2" BSP), 26.5mm (3/4" BSP), and 33.3mm (1" BSP) connections to most garden taps. It requires 2 x AA batteries, which are not supplied.
