Osmo Maintenance Oil is a high-quality, professional-grade maintenance oil designed for refreshing and maintaining interior wooden flooring treated with Polyx-Oil. It is suitable for use on all types of wood, including hardwood, softwood, and exotic wood species. This clear, semi-matt finish with R9 anti-slip rating effectively cleans and regenerates wood surfaces, removing tough stains such as grease and shoe polish. It allows for occasional maintenance without the need for sanding, ensuring protected surfaces remain in excellent condition. The product has a volume of 1 Litre and a coverage of 40-60 m²/L with one coat. The dry time is 3-4 hours, and the maximum moisture content for the wood surface is 18%. Recommended application tools include the Osmo Double Blade Scraper or Microfibre Roller and white pad. For smaller areas, a lint-free cloth can be used. Ensure the wood surface is clean, dry, and free of dust before application. Clean the surface thoroughly with Osmo Intensive Cleaner and rinse with clear water.
