The PRODEX PX5706W is a 5 Litre portable evaporative air cooler, humidifier, and air cleaner. It does not require venting or installation and is ideal for well-ventilated small to medium-sized rooms or as a personal cooler. The air is pulled through the back of the unit and processed through wet absorptive pads to cool the air as it's blown out through the fan. The unit has 3 speed settings: Low, Medium, and High, allowing you to find the ideal breeze. It also features an oscillation function to distribute cool air evenly across the room. The inclusion of an Ice Box (placed in the water tank) can further cool the air being blown out. The fan function can be used independently if the room is already cool enough and only a small breeze is needed. As cool water vapour is circulated, it increases humidity, making the air less dry, which can improve skin, sleep, and focus. The colour of the unit is White and it is made of Plastic.
